外源性哮喘患儿45例,按双盲法分成羧甲基淀粉(CMS)治疗级(30例)和对照组(15例)。前者总有效率为63%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且服药后血PHA淋转值明显升高(P<0.01);而血清IgM、IgE及嗜酸粒细胞值显著下降(P<0.05~0.01)。提示CMS作用机制可能与降低变态反应,提高细胞免疫功能有关
Forty-five children with extrinsic asthma were divided into three groups according to double-blind treatment: treatment with carboxymethyl starch (CMS) (30 cases) and control group (15 cases). The total effective rate was 63% in the former group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05); and the PHA leaching value was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the serum IgM, IgE and eosinophils were significantly decreased P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Suggesting that the mechanism of CMS may be related to reduce allergic reactions and improve cellular immune function
