目的:探讨中药脑肺康对大鼠缺氧性肺动脉高压的治疗作用及其机理。方法:设立对照组、常压缺氧模型组、脑肺康3个剂量给药组及西药合心爽对照组,用免疫组化法观察肺内血红素氧合酶(HO)-1、内皮型和诱生型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS和iNOS)表达的变化。结果:脑肺康中、大剂量组有明显减轻肺动脉高压性结构重塑、保护血管内皮细胞的功能,可能是通过促进eNOS表达和抑制HO-1、iNOS的表达发挥作用。结论:脑肺康对血管内皮及超微结构的保护作用优于合心爽。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Naofeikang on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in rats. METHODS: A control group, normobaric hypoxia model group, Naoxinkang three dose group and western medicine Hexinxin group were established. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe hemeoxygenase (HO)-1 and endothelium in lungs. Changes in expression of inducible and inducible nitric oxide synthase (eNOS and iNOS). RESULTS: The Nongfukang high-dose group could significantly reduce the function of structural remodeling of pulmonary arterial hypertension and protect the vascular endothelial cells, which may play a role by promoting the expression of eNOS and inhibiting the expression of HO-1 and iNOS. Conclusion: The protective effect of Naofeikang on vascular endothelium and ultrastructure is better than that of Hexin Shuang.
