于2013年采用索氏提取法对大豆植株中类黄酮物质进行了提取,通过外源添加法研究了不同大豆品种对大豆胞囊线虫抗氧化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,抗、感品种类黄酮粗提物对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化、J2幼虫均有一定的抑制作用。处理48h,抗病品种根类黄酮提取物对卵孵化的抑制率明显高于感病品种;抗病品种根类黄酮提取物对J2的校正死亡率比感病品种明显降低;抗、感品种根类黄酮提取物对线虫体内的谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)活性的影响差异不大,但明显大于其茎叶提取物;抗、感品种根内类黄酮提取物对过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性抑制作用差异明显,且感病品种根内类黄酮提取物对线虫体内CAT活性的影响明显大于抗病品种。
In 2013, Soxhlet extraction was used to extract the flavonoids from soybean plants. The effects of different soybean varieties on the antioxidant enzyme activity of soybean cyst nematode were studied by exogenous addition method. The results showed that the crude extracts of flavonoids of resistant and susceptible varieties had certain inhibitory effects on hatching eggs of soybean cyst nematode and J2 larvae. At 48h, the inhibitory rate of flavonoid extracts from resistant varieties on egg hatching was significantly higher than that of susceptible varieties. The corrected mortality of flavonoid extracts from resistant varieties to J2 was significantly lower than that of susceptible varieties. The effect of flavonoid extract on the activity of glutathione S-transferase (GST) in nematodes was not significant, but it was significantly greater than that of stem and leaf extract.
