目的开展医用辐射防护监测网试点工作,搭建网络直报系统,逐步推进全国医用辐射防护监测网络和数据信息平台建设。方法选择部分试点省份,在各试点地区建立医用辐射防护监测点,通过掌握医疗机构放射诊疗工作人员情况及患者防护情况、放射诊疗设备安全防护管理情况等内容,搭建医用辐射防护监测信息管理系统,试行数据网络直报。结果经过对网络直报系统前三年统计数据的纵向比较和横向比较,各个统计要素均朝逐年向好的态势发展。结论医用辐射防护监测网试点工作开展顺利,医用辐射防护监测信息管理系统顺利搭建成功。
Objective To carry out the pilot work of the medical radiation protection monitoring network and set up a network direct reporting system to gradually push forward the construction of the national medical radiation protection monitoring network and data information platform. Methods Some pilot provinces were selected to set up medical radiation protection monitoring points in pilot areas. The information system of medical radiation monitoring and monitoring was set up by grasping the situation of radiological clinic staff, patient protection and safety management of radiotherapy and treatment equipment. Trial data network direct report. Results After the vertical comparison and horizontal comparison of the statistical data of the first three years of the network direct reporting system, all the statistical elements have been developing towards a good year by year. Conclusion The pilot work of the medical radiation protection monitoring network went well and the medical radiation protection monitoring information management system was successfully established.
