目的 探讨将巩膜扣带术中冷凝改为术后氩激光光凝封闭裂孔 ,治疗视网膜脱离(retinaldetachment,RD)的疗效及适应证范围。方法 回顾性分析 1999年 12月至 2 0 0 0年 4月 ,在我院行巩膜扣带术后接受氩激光光凝治疗的RD患者 35例 (38只眼 )的临床资料。结果 术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,38只眼中 ,视网膜完全复位 36只眼 (94 7% )。术后视力≥ 0 0 5者 31只眼 (86 1% ) ,最佳矫正视力为 1 0。结论 将巩膜扣带术中冷凝改为术后氩激光光凝 ,可简化术中操作 ,减少视网膜和脉络膜血管的损伤及术后并发症的发生 ,是治疗RD的有效方法之一。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and indications of retinal detachment (RD) by changing the scleral buckling surgery to argon laser photocoagulation and sealing the posterior orifice. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients (38 eyes) with RD who received argon laser photocoagulation after scleral buckling surgery in our hospital from December 1999 to April 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months. In 38 eyes, the retina was completely resected in 36 eyes (94.7%). Postoperative visual acuity ≥ 0 0 5 31 eyes (86 1%), the best corrected visual acuity was 10. Conclusions Changing the scleral buckling surgery to postoperative argon laser photocoagulation can simplify the intraoperative operation, reduce the damage of retinal and choroidal blood vessels and postoperative complications, and is an effective method for the treatment of RD.
