人是最宝贵的资源,也是生命力诸多要件中最活跃的因素。一个企业要在市场中始终立于不败之地,培育造就一支高技能素质的职工队伍至关重要。尤其对以提供技术服务的修井行业来讲,在大力提倡“科技兴企”和“以人为本”的经营理念中,提高职工技能素质问题已经成为服务企业的当务之急和重要任务。本文结合长庆采油二处修井行业的实际,着力分析职工技能素质的现状,并对今后这方面的工作提点个人看法。
Man is the most precious resource and the most active factor in the many elements of vitality. A business must always be invincible in the market, nurture and create a highly skilled workforce is essential. In particular, in terms of workover industry providing technical services, in promoting the business philosophy of “rejuvenating the economy through science and technology” and “people-oriented”, raising the employee’s technical quality has become a top priority and an important task for service enterprises. Based on the actual practice of two well servicing industries in Changqing Oilfield, this paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of workers’ technical quality and puts forward some personal opinions on the future work in this field.
