按照中央、省委部署,山东省第二批先进性教育活动已于2005年7月初全面展开。各级党组织和广大党员,一定要从巩固和扩大党的执政基础、提高基层党组织执政能力和领导水平、永葆基层党组织和党员先进性的战略高度,坚持以胡锦涛总书记视察山东时的重要讲话为统领,以群众满意工程为目标,认真贯彻中央、省委的部署要求,高标准、高质量地开展好第二批先进性教育活动。
