In the summer of 1982, the European Seismological Society held the European Seismological Society in Lien, England. At the sub-conference on earthquake prediction, the speech by Dr. P. Veroteso of Greece caused an uproar. He pointed out: Greece 8-point electrode potential difference measurement, a few hours before the earthquake, there are observable precursor signal.
