目的:观察当归补血汤对~(60)Co-γ射线辐照小鼠造血功能损伤的防护作用。方法:将健康SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为5组(正常对照组、模型组、当归补血汤低、中、高剂量组),除正常对照组外,采用~(60)Co-γ射线辐射各组小鼠建立急性辐射损伤模型,测定各组小鼠外周血平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、骨髓有核细胞数(BMC)、骨髓细胞DNA含量,并在光镜下观察小鼠骨髓组织形态学变化。结果:受~(60)Co-γ射线照射后,小鼠MCHC、BMC、骨髓细胞DNA含量均明显减少,骨髓组织形态变化明显。低、中、高剂量当归补血汤均可提高辐射损伤后小鼠MCHC、BMC及骨髓细胞DNA含量,促进辐照小鼠骨髓造血组织损伤的恢复,且高、中剂量当归补血汤对其造血系统的保护作用效果更明显。结论:当归补血汤对辐射小鼠造血系统的损伤有保护和促修复作用,且与剂量相关。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Dangguibuxuetang on hematopoietic injury induced by ~ (60) Co-γ ray in mice. Methods: Kunming male SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (normal control group, model group, low, middle and high dose of Dangguibuxuetang group). Except normal control group, 60Co-γ Acute radiation injury models were established in each group of mice by radiating radiation. The mean perfused hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), the number of bone marrow nucleated cells (BMC) and the content of DNA in bone marrow cells of mice in each group were measured. Histomorphological changes. Results: The DNA content of MCHC, BMC and bone marrow cells of mice were significantly decreased after radiation of ~ (60) Co-γ rays, and the morphological changes of bone marrow were obvious. Low, medium and high doses of Dangguibuxuetang can increase the DNA content of MCHC, BMC and bone marrow cells in irradiated mice, and promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue injury in irradiated mice, and the high dose and middle dose of Dangguibuxuetang can improve the hematopoietic system The protective effect is more obvious. Conclusion: Danggui Buxue Decoction has protective and pro-healing effects on the hematopoietic system of irradiated mice, and is dose-dependent.
