匈牙利是一个经济发达的国家,尽管人口只有1000万,然而60岁以上的老人就有200万,占全国人口总数的20%。在这个老龄化的国家里,退休老人的生活怎样呢?在匈牙利,退休工作由工会主管。匈牙利工会全国理事会下设有社会保险管理局,负责公费医疗、休假以及社会补助等福利工作,但是最主要的一项工作是管理与退休有关的事务。
Hungary is a economically developed country. Although the population is only 10 million, there are over 2 million elderly over the age of 60, accounting for 20% of the total population of the country. In this aging country, what about the lives of retired seniors? In Hungary, retired workers are headed by unions. Under the National Union of Hungarian Trade Unions there is the Social Insurance Administration, which is responsible for welfare services such as public medical expenses, leave and social assistance, but the most important one is the management of retirement-related matters.
