军队医院实行“一院两制”是医院管理体制的改革,涉及医院工作的方方面面,将面临一些十分棘手的新问题。只有充分地估计这些问题,并研究可行的对策,才有可能在实际实施中少走弯路。本文就几个有关的具体问题,谈谈粗浅的看法。
