3月11日,百色市“红城讲坛——县(区)委宣传部长宣传思想工作”专题讲座开讲。右江区委宣传部部长梁珀森所作的《右江区文化建设面临的几个问题》拉开了今年开讲的序幕,与会听众反响热烈。为推进学习型党组织和学习型领导班子建设,百色市于去年6月创办“红城讲坛”。讲坛围绕市委的中心工作,在经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设等四个方面选择专题,重点安排设计建设学习型党组织、工业立市、打造千亿铝产业、打造中国生态铝工业基础、森林生态城市建设、百色起义精神、红色旅游发展、“文化名市”建设、本土文化知识等41个专题作为学习内容,邀请区内外专家、教授、领导干部、企业家等前来讲学。
