目的观察西比灵联合托吡酯治疗偏头痛疗效观察。方法将65例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组32例和治疗组33例,对照组采用西比灵治疗,治疗组采用西比灵联合托吡酯治疗。治疗2个月后对2组效果进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为90.91%明显高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西比灵联合托吡酯治疗偏头痛效果由于单独使用西比灵治疗偏头痛。
Objective To observe the curative effect of xibeilin combined with topiramate on migraine. Methods Sixty-five patients with migraine were randomly divided into control group (n = 32) and treatment group (n = 33). The control group was treated with xipinine. The treatment group was treated with xbalin combined with topiramate. After 2 months of treatment, the effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 71.88% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Sibelium and topiramate for migraine results in the treatment of migraine with sibirine alone.
