[目的]调查了解社区卫生服务站工作人员满意度现状及其主要影响因素。[方法]通过现场问卷调查,收集124名社区卫生服务站工作人员10个维度的满意情况,问卷每项均按Likert五级量表记录得分。[结果]调查显示总体满意度均数为63.89分,满意度水平一般,但是趋于集中。其中环境条件,管理制度最为满意;安全感,压力感最为不满意。[结论]重视社区卫生服务站建设,改善社区护士从业环境,制定更加合理的薪酬制度和激励措施,提高医疗服务质量。
[Objective] To investigate the status quo of community health service station staff satisfaction and its main influencing factors. [Methods] Satisfaction of 10 dimensions of 124 community health service staff was collected through on-the-spot questionnaire survey. Scores were recorded according to Likert scale 5 on each questionnaire. [Results] The survey showed that the overall average satisfaction was 63.89 points, the level of satisfaction was average, but tended to be concentrated. One of the most satisfactory environmental conditions, management system; sense of security, the most dissatisfied with the pressure. [Conclusion] It is important to pay attention to the construction of community health service station, improve the working environment of community nurses, formulate more reasonable salary system and incentive measures, and improve the quality of medical service.
