破胞后短时间证实羊水内有大肠杆菌、B族链球菌、粪链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌,此种细菌在羊水中却无繁殖倾向,故可认为羊水有抑菌作用.本文试验羊水对大肠杆菌、B族链球菌、粪链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌是否有抗菌作用;在证实表皮葡萄球菌抑菌能力最为显著后,进一步试验此种抑菌作用与开始时细菌数、加热处理、锌—磷酸盐含量、蛋白含量、营养物质以及类固醇激素的关系.方法:10名妇女分娩时在相对无菌条件下取得羊水,无菌过滤.另从实验室分离出大肠杆菌、B旗链球菌、粪链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄
