“‘洛出书处’在洛宁长水”已成定论。洛书,是河洛文化的一条根,亦是华夏文明的一条根。洛书虽然只有黑白圆点两种符号,虽然只是一个由这些圆点儿排列的一个图式,但它却以智慧迷宫式的深奥,展示着中国古代先民对宇宙、对人生、对军事、对存在、对变化的求解状态,其所达到的智慧水平令我们今日仍然惊诧不已。它当初在洛宁县长水乡一现身,即被我们的祖先运用于解释宇宙、治理国家,“洪范九畴”因之而生。我们的祖先于是便有了可遵循的社会行为规范,华夏民族因而成为地球上文明最发达的一个族群。
