学生观是教师对学生的基本看法,它影响教师对学生的认识及其态度与行为,进而影响学生的发展。通过对新教师的培训和调查,我们发现农村中小学新教师学生观的形成存在自身经历型、前任介绍型、自我定义型、实事求是型等四种形式,并对农村中小学新教师学生观的主要内容进行分析。
