VitB_2又称核黄素,主要用于防治核黄素缺乏症,如舌炎、口角炎.、阴囊炎等,近年又有新用途.1 治疗高铁血红蛋白血症Ⅰ型本病少见.且无根治方法.吴北江等用本品治疗1例获得成功,剂量:100～120mg·d~(-1)待MHb降至3％～5％以下或紫绀消失再用维持量20—40mg·d~(-1).长期服用无副作用.2 利尿消肿 毛良在为慢性肾炎肾病型病人进行的治疗中意外发现.VitB_2(5mg,tid)有良好的利尿消肿作用,随后又多次得到证实.作者认为.慢性肾炎肾病型病人可伴有VitB_2缺乏.中药加用本品治疗,既弥补VitB_2的不足.又有利尿消肿作用。
