福建省的乡镇企业,逐步由封闭型的自然经济向开放型的商品经济转化,并在发展过程中形成了具有自己特色的新类型:——资源型。这种类型的乡镇企业主要在山区。由于山区在交通、技术、人才等方面的条件较差,但山区有丰富的物产资源。他们利用这一优势,以优惠的条件,把国内外、省内外的工商企业和个人的资金、技术吸引过来,参与乡镇企业建设,对资源进行开放、加工,制成商品上市。
The township enterprises in Fujian Province have gradually transformed from a closed natural economy to an open-ended commodity economy and have formed new types with their own characteristics in the development process: - Resource-based. Township and village enterprises of this type are mainly in mountainous areas. Due to the poor conditions of mountainous areas in transportation, technology and human resources, the mountainous area is rich in natural resources. They use this advantage to preferential conditions to attract funds and technologies from domestic and foreign businesses and individuals inside and outside the province, participate in the construction of township and village enterprises, and open up and process the resources to make the products available on the market.
