针对卫星发动机精度测量要求,文章提出了一种基于激光雷达的测量方法。首先利用多个已知位置的靶球建立卫星测量基准坐标系;之后利用高精度平面镜的隐藏点扫描测量功能获取发动机的内部轮廓点云图;最后利用Spatial Analyzer专业测量软件计算出发动机内部的关键几何中心轴线方向。测试结果表明,该测量方法具有较好的精度和重复性,可用于卫星发动机的精度测量。
Aiming at the requirement of satellite engine precision measurement, a measurement method based on laser radar is proposed. First of all, using several known positions of the target ball to establish a satellite reference coordinate system; then use the hidden point of high-precision mirror scanning measurement function to obtain the internal contour of the engine point cloud; Finally, the use of Spatial Analyzer professional measurement software to calculate the key internal geometry of the engine Central axis direction. The test results show that the measurement method has good accuracy and repeatability and can be used for the precision measurement of satellite engines.
