At present, primary and secondary school students have become the latest generation of “90 after ”. They have received more and more attention in education and have become cleverer, more lively and more adorable. At the same time, they also have pride and love. From the teacher’s current situation, the age structure of teachers in some established schools is more reasonable, middle-aged teachers make up the majority, and about half of newly-integrated schools are young teachers. Faced with these new features, primary and secondary school teachers and university teacher education should have sufficient psychological preparation and material resources to keep abreast of these new changes, new needs and broaden the horizons of education.
