文化馆是由我国政府主导创立的公益性文化机构,作为小康社会公共文化服务体系中的重要一环,肩负着传播中华民族优秀文化的重任,在社会经济整体快速发展、人民对于文化需求日渐增多的大背景下,文化馆所具有的保障公民基本文化权利的深刻内涵更为凸显。本文基于建设文化馆的重要意义,分析了新时期县级文化馆建设存在的诸多问题,并结合现实情况提出了几点推动县级文化馆工作的策略方针,以期为我国的基层文化
As an important part of the public cultural service system in a well-to-do society, the cultural center is a public welfare cultural institution dominated by the Chinese government. With the rapid social and economic development and the increasing cultural needs of the people Under the background, the profound connotation of cultural centers that guarantee the basic cultural rights of citizens is even more prominent. Based on the significance of building a cultural center, this article analyzes many problems existing in the construction of a county-level cultural center in the new era and puts forward some tactics to promote the work of a county-level cultural center in the light of the actual situation so as to serve as the grassroots culture
