党的十七大明确了生态文明的发展方向,给予环境保护空前的重视,其中“环境经济政策”的理论探索与实践创新更是被提到了前所未有的高度。加快实现历史性转变、推动科学发展成为我国经济社会发展的主旋律。为全面反映我国环境经济政策的深刻变革,充分报道环境经济政策在促进环境经济协调发展中的作用,及时总结和分析环境经济政策的制订和实施的经验和问题,《环境经济》杂志特组织“环境经济发展报告(2008)及系列报道活动”。此次活动从本期起,对绿色证券、绿色信贷、绿色税收、排污权交易、生态补偿、环境收费、绿色贸易、绿色保险等进行专题调研,深度采访,反映政策变化,剖析典型经验,并请专家评点得失。敬请读者关注。
