思想政治工作是企业发展的生命线和灵魂,通过政工工作向企业员工宣传企业精神和党的领导方针等,来加强企业政工队伍建设的管理。笔者认为,在当前全球一体化与经济体制改革深入推进的全新阶段,企业在改革与发展的道路上迫切需要卓有成效的政工工作保驾护航。因此,政工工作对于企业而言意义重大,管理者及相关岗位工作人员应当顺应时势,结合企业的实际情况,不断创新政工工作的内容及形式,才能推动企业更好更快地发展。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline and soul of the development of an enterprise. Through political work, it propagandizes the spirit of enterprise and the party’s guiding principles to employees so as to strengthen the management of the construction of contingent of political workmen. The author believes that in the current new stage of deepening global integration and economic restructuring, enterprises urgently need effective political work escort on the road to reform and development. Therefore, political work is of great significance to enterprises. Managers and related staffs should follow current trends and innovate the contents and forms of political work continuously in light of the actual conditions of enterprises, so as to promote better and faster development of enterprises.
