对于企业的发展来说,对标管理作为一种新型的企业管理方式,它主要的就是通过和业内最优秀的企业标准进行比较,进而寻求其中的差距和存在的问题进行管理和改进的过程。“对标管理”就是说在企业的管理活动中要确立先进的或者是行业内的一个标杆,进而寻找其中的差距和存在的问题,把企业的发展和行业内的佼佼者联系起来,作为总的发展方向。当然,除了进行相关的外部比较之外,在企业的内部也可以推行对标管理,确立企业内部的具体标杆,从而实现科学化地管理,向着更好的标准出发。
