为了构建推进社会福利服务事业发展的新平台,中国社会福利协会1月22日在京正式成立。全国政协副主席张梅颖出席成立仪式。据介绍,中国社会福利协会是以改善民生、推进社会福利事业发展为宗旨的行业性、非营利性社会组织。中国社会福利协会将配合相关部门做好政策推进、宣传教育、国际合作交流和行业建设等工作,并积极引导社会力量,提供社会福利服务,促进社会福利社会化。
In order to build a new platform for promoting the development of social welfare services, the China Association of Social Welfare was formally established in Beijing on January 22. Zhang Meiying, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, attended the inauguration ceremony. According to reports, China Association of Social Welfare is an industrial, non-profit social organization that aims to improve people’s livelihood and promote the development of social welfare undertakings. China Association of Social Welfare will cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in policy promotion, publicity and education, international cooperation and exchange and industry construction, and will actively guide social forces, provide social welfare services and promote the socialization of social welfare.
