中国企业在国际化中运用政治策略消除不利政治影响、营造生存环境方面的能力还较薄弱。在分析国际化与企业政治策略基础上,剖析目前中国企业国际化中所运用的政治策略,并提出开展企业政治策略的建议。
Chinese enterprises use political strategies in internationalization to eliminate their adverse political influence and their ability to create a living environment is still relatively weak. Based on the analysis of the internationalization and the political strategy of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the political tactics used in the internationalization of the Chinese enterprises at present and puts forward the suggestions of carrying out the political tactics of the enterprise.
