患者,男,30岁,汽车修理工人,住院号69855,于1993年4月29日下午5时修车时,不慎将螺丝刀刺入左眼,当时即感左眼痛,视物不清,半小时后出现剧烈头痛,伤后1小时收入我院.检查:体温36.5℃,脉博64次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压17.3/10.6kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg).神志清,被动体位,查体合作,表情痛苦,呈急性病容.左额区触痛明显,心肺听诊无异常.眼科检查:视力、左眼1.0、右眼1.5.左眼上睑轻度肿胀,少量皮下淤血.角膜缘上方球结膜一长约10mm不规则裂伤,巩膜浅层裂伤.角膜清.瞳孔圆,与对侧等大,光反射可.眼底检查:视盘鼻侧略模糊,余(一),右眼查无异常.
