传统课堂教学模式下工业设计人才培养的实效性问题突出,根据工业设计学科特征,需要开展实践性且实用性更强的教学活动。笔者采用调查、统计和分析等方法,对学生进行采样研究,积极思考并尝试导师工作室式的师生团队化教学模式,围绕如何将传统教学模式与项目化、竞赛化的实践教学相结合,从而提升人才培养实效性这一问题进行探究。
The effectiveness of the training of industrial design talents under the traditional classroom teaching model is outstanding. According to the characteristics of the industrial design disciplines, practical and practical teaching activities need to be carried out. The author adopts the method of investigation, statistics and analysis to carry on the sampling research to the students, and actively think and try the teacher-student team-based teaching mode of the studio style. Based on how to combine the traditional teaching mode with the project-oriented and competitive practice teaching, So as to enhance the effectiveness of personnel training to explore this issue.
