乙型肝炎病毒有关抗原抗体的酶联免疫吸附试验,临床已广泛应用,但其操作方法较为费时。目前微波技术在免疫组织化学检测方面的应用已取得显著的进展。我们应用微波辐射法作乙肝病毒有关抗原抗体的酶联免疫吸附试验,得到满意效果。现报告如下。 1 材料和方法
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for hepatitis B virus antigen and antibody has been widely used clinically, but its operation method is time-consuming. At present, the application of microwave technology in immunohistochemical detection has made significant progress. We use microwave radiation method for hepatitis B virus antigen-antibody ELISA test, get satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and methods
