急慢性乳腺炎在兽医临床上屡见不鲜,其病因也较为明确,用中药和西药均可治愈.笔者近期发现一种无红肿热表现,无化脓性感染,也并非坏疽性乳腺炎感染所致,用抗菌素和抗病毒类西药治疗收效不佳.笔者将其称为急性坏死性乳腺炎,并采用中西药物结合治疗该病23例,其中死亡1例,11例因病情恶化淘汰,其余11例治愈,治愈率50%.
