本文报导用免疫荧光法测定两个来自急性白血病病人的细胞系S-7811和S-801的细胞膜表面免疫球蛋白(SmIg)和细胞浆免疫球蛋白(CIg)的表达。分别用荧光-抗人F(ab′)-2 和荧光-抗人IgG抗体直接染色法检测SmIgCIg,结果S-7811细胞系的SmIg~+细胞为15~25%,CIg~+细胞为70~80%;S-801细胞系的SmIg~+细胞为12.5%,CIg~+细胞为21.2%。平行样本用PWM刺激的正常人外周血淋巴细胞的CIg~+细胞为30%,不用PWM刺激的外周血淋巴细胞的SmIg~+细胞为8%。结果提示S-7811和S-801两个细胞系呈现不同分化的B淋巴细胞特征。
This article reports the expression of immunoglobulin (SmIg) and cytoplasmic immunoglobulin (CIg) on the cell membrane of two S-7811 and S-801 cells from patients with acute leukemia using immunofluorescence. SmIgCIg was detected by direct staining with fluorescent-anti-human F (ab ’) - 2 and fluorescent-anti-human IgG antibody respectively. Results The percentage of SmIg ~ + cells in S-7811 cell line was 15-25% 80%; SmIg ~ + cells in S-801 cell line was 12.5% and CIg ~ + cells was 21.2%. Parallel samples were stimulated with PWM-stimulated normal human peripheral blood lymphocytes CIg ~ + cells was 30%, without PWM-stimulated peripheral blood lymphocytes SmIg ~ + cells was 8%. The results suggest that S-7811 and S-801 two cell lines showed different characteristics of differentiated B lymphocytes.
