不同培土措施对烤烟光合作用·不定根发育和根系多胺含量的影响

[目的]为烤烟(Nicotiana glauca)高产优质栽培提供科学依据。[方法]以烤烟K326为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了不同培土措施对烤烟光合作用、不定根发育及根系多胺含量的影响。[结果]中耕培土培肥能增加烤烟植株叶片光合速率,在不培肥的情况下,培土也能在一定程度上增加叶片光合速率,改善叶片光合性能。培土处理有利于烤烟植株不定根的产生。在培土各处理中,以培肥处理对不定根发育影响最大,到后期其不定根鲜重是其他处理的2.4~4.6倍。培土培肥措施对烤烟植株生长后期侧根腐胺含量有显著影响,是其他处理植株根系腐胺含量的1.5~3.3倍,对精胺和亚精胺含量的影响无明显的规律性。从不定根根系多胺含量变化来看,培土培肥处理对不定根后期腐胺含量影响较大,是其他处理的2.1~4.0倍,而分开培土培肥处理腐胺含量最小。[结论]培土培肥处理烤烟植株每株叶数、鲜叶重、最大叶面积都大于其他处理,说明在烤烟栽培中培土培肥措施对植株生长发育有一定影响,培土措施也能在一定程度上促进烟株的生长发育。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for high yield and good quality cultivation of Nicotiana glauca. [Method] With the flue-cured tobacco K326 as material, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different soil-taking measures on photosynthesis, adventitious root development and polyamine content in flue-cured tobacco. [Result] Cultivating soil by cultivating soil could increase the photosynthetic rate of leaves of flue - cured tobacco. Without cultivating fertilizers, cultivating soil could also increase the photosynthetic rate of leaves and improve the photosynthetic capacity of leaves. Soil preparation is conducive to the adventitious root formation of tobacco plants. In each treatment of soil preparation, fertilization treatment had the greatest impact on adventitious root development, and the fresh root weight of adventitious roots was 2.4-4.6 times that of other treatments. The soil fertility enhancement measures have a significant effect on the content of putrescine in the late growth stage of flue-cured tobacco plants, which is 1.5-3.3 folds of the putrescine content in the roots of other plants, and have no obvious regularity on the content of spermine and spermidine. In terms of the change of polyamine content in adventitious roots, soil fertility treatment had a significant effect on the content of putrescine after adventitious roots, which was 2.1 ~ 4.0 times of that of other treatments. [Conclusion] The number of leaves per plant, the fresh leaf weight and the maximum leaf area of ​​flue-cured tobacco treated by soil fertilization were higher than those of other treatments, which indicated that the measures of soil fertility fertilization had certain effects on plant growth and development, On the promotion of tobacco growth and development.
