实验选取了玛丽、金苔鼠、接吻鱼、虎皮鱼等观赏鱼以及金鱼藻、小青菜等材料,探讨中学生物实验有关生态瓶制作的设计,测定了不同环境下生态瓶中动物与植物的生存状况、病虫害情况并进行水质评价。实验材料易取,实验中需要考虑的变量因子较多,有利于培养学生的发散性思维和实验创新的能力,从而促进中学生物实验教学的发展。
Experiments selected Mary, golden moss, kissing fish, tiger skin fish and ornamental fish such as algae, cabbage and other materials, to explore the design of biological experiments in high school biology bottle production, determination of the ecological environment in different bottles of animals and plants survival Status, pest conditions and water quality assessment.
