2005年世界卫生组织与我国签订2012年消灭麻疹协议,全国各省均积极响应,广东省卫生厅2007年也制订了《2007～2012年广东消除麻疹行动计划》。为实现该行动计划,全省各地都进入紧急动员。但是目前深圳市麻疹的疫情不容乐观,近两年来发病率不但没有下降反而大幅度上升。现在离实现计划只剩下不到4年时间,在这短短的时间内如何降低麻疹的发病率是值得深思的问题。
In 2005, the World Health Organization signed an agreement with China to eliminate measles in 2012. All provinces in the country responded positively. Guangdong Provincial Department of Health also formulated “Action Plan on Elimination of Measles in Guangdong in 2007 and 2012” in 2007. In order to achieve this plan of action, emergency mobilization has taken place throughout the province. However, at present, the epidemic situation of measles in Shenzhen is not optimistic. In recent two years, the incidence of measles has risen sharply instead of declining. Now that less than four years have passed since the implementation plan was implemented, it is worth pondering over how to reduce the incidence of measles in such a short period of time.
