目的 :为喉重建、喉移植中喉返神经再植提供实验依据。方法 :择杂种狗 10只 ,切断左侧喉返神经 ,观察切断神经后即刻 (2只 ) ,3.5 h(2只 )组织病理学结构。 6只即刻行喉返神经端端显微缝合再植。于术后 1周(2只 )、2周 (2只 )、4周 (2只 ) ,观察神经端端缝合再生动态与组织学结构。结果 :于喉返神经切断即刻缝合的 6只狗 ,喉返神经均再植成功。结论 :喉返神经切断后即刻缝合 ,其修复再生能力正常。
Objective: To provide experimental evidence for replantation of recurrent laryngeal nerve in laryngeal reconstruction and laryngeal transplantation. Methods: Ten hybrid dogs were selected, the left recurrent laryngeal nerve was cut off, and the histopathology was observed immediately after the nerve was cut off (2 pieces) and 3.5 hours (2 pieces). 6 immediately rectus nerve end micro-suture replantation. At 1 week after operation (2), 2 weeks (2) and 4 weeks (2), the dynamic changes of neurosensory suture and histology were observed. Results: The 6 recurrent laryngeal nerve sutured in the recurrent laryngeal nerve was successfully replanted. Conclusion: The recurrent laryngeal nerve is sutured immediately after suture, its regeneration ability is normal.
