随着我国经济建设的发展,煤炭生产的需求在加大,安全、可靠、经济供电是煤矿生产的前提和保证,各种类型的大容量自备火力发电机组不断涌现,由于锅炉结构及运行的复杂性,当工作在恶劣条件下的承压受热部件的工作条件与设计工况偏离时,就容易造成锅炉爆管。文章从锅炉的运行环境特点,结合现场实际,分析了锅炉过热器发生爆管的原因及采取的防范措施。
With the development of economic construction in our country, the demand for coal production is on the rise. The safety, reliability and economic power supply are the prerequisites and guarantees for coal mine production.
