目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素治疗儿童甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的临床疗效。方法 85例儿童甲状腺功能亢进症患儿,根据治疗药物的不同分为单用组(甲巯咪唑,35例)和联合组(甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素,50例),并比较两组患儿治疗前后血清游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)的变化情况以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前两组患儿FT4、FT3和血清TSH比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组患儿FT4、FT3和血清TSH明显优于单用组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患儿治疗后不良反应发生率高于单用组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左甲状腺素联合甲巯咪唑在治疗甲状腺功能亢进症方面临床效果明显,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methimazole combined with levothyroxine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) in children. Methods A total of 85 children with hyperthyroidism were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic agents: single use (methimazole, 35 cases) and combination group (methimazole plus levothyroxine, 50 cases) The changes of serum free tetraethionine (FT4), serum free triiodothyronine (FT3) and thyrotropin (TSH) before and after treatment in children and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in FT4, FT3 and serum TSH between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, FT4, FT3 and serum TSH in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single group P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was higher than that in the single group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine combined with methimazole in the treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical effect is obvious, with clinical value.
