目的了解剑川县医疗机构消毒质量,为改进和加强管理提供依据。方法对全县医疗机构的物体表面、医疗用品、使用中消毒液、医护人员手指、灭菌器械、室内空气进行采样检测。结果 2年共采样1 576份,合格1355份,合格率为85.98%。2008、2009年合格率分别为88.57%和84.08%,物体表面、医疗用品、使用中消毒液、灭菌器械、医护人员手和室内空气合格率分别为77.81%、85.25%、96.59%、100.00%和100.00%;县级、乡级、村级及个体诊所合格率分别为96.33%、93.57%和81.97%。结论剑川县医疗机构总体消毒质量不高,应重点加强物体表面和医疗用品的消毒质量管理,尤其是村级医疗机构消毒质量亟待提高。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jianchuan County and provide basis for improving and strengthening management. Methods The surface of the county medical institutions, medical supplies, disinfectant in use, medical staff fingers, sterilization equipment, indoor air sampling and testing. Results A total of 1 576 samples were obtained in 2 years, with 1355 passes, with a pass rate of 85.98%. The pass rates in 2008 and 2009 were 88.57% and 84.08% respectively. The passing rates of objects, medical supplies, disinfectant used, sterilization instruments, medical staff and indoor air were 77.81%, 85.25%, 96.59% and 100.00% And 100.00% respectively. The pass rates of county, township, village and individual clinics were 96.33%, 93.57% and 81.97% respectively. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jianchuan County is not high, and the disinfection quality management of the surfaces and medical supplies should be emphasized. In particular, the quality of disinfection in village medical institutions needs to be improved urgently.
