质量和成本控制与经济社会效益之间具有密切的联系,工程的质量与成本控制直接影响施工企业的经济效益和社会影响力。如果建筑企业为了压缩成本支出,其生产的工程质量就必然会存在缺陷,虽然此种策略能够提升建筑企业的经济效益,但是工程质量问题回危害到社会的稳定,因此本文希望阐述二者之间的关系,引起社会对二者的关注,进而促进建筑市场的健康发展。
