本文用平面光弹方法,对阶梯金刚石钻头切削刃下岩石的应力进行分析。结果表明,钻头在脆性岩石中,存在以拉应力为主的破岩方式。用电测法测量了阶梯金刚石钻头在钻进过程中各阶梯切削刃上的载荷。测量结果说明,钻头各切削刃上的载荷分布是不均匀的,与钻头外型和结构有关,对阶梯金刚石钻头的合理结构进行的研究表明:阶梯的宽和高,以及它们之间的比值是影响阶梯金刚石钻头破岩效率的主要因素。
In this paper, the plane photoelastic method is used to analyze the stress of rock under the cutting edge of stepped diamond bit. The results show that in the brittle rock, there is a rock breaking mode that is mainly tensile stress. The electric load method was used to measure the load on the cutting edge of each step in the step diamond drilling. The measurement results show that the load distribution on each cutting edge of the drill bit is not uniform, which is related to the shape and structure of the drill bit. Studies on the reasonable structure of stepped diamond bits show that the width and height of the steps and the ratio between them are Main Factors Influencing the Rock Breaking Efficiency of Ladder Diamond Bit.
