目的:将风险管理应用于传染病院应对突发公共卫生事件医院感染管理预防及控制,评估存在风险并及时改进,降低应对过程风险,保证医患安全及疫情局势稳定。方法:自2012年11月~2015年11月从我院实际和特点出发,对应对突发公共卫生事件医院感染管理防控各环节风险评估,实施持续流程改进、不断强化部门职能、提升全院工作人员知识技能等风险管理策略,指导应急实践。结果:持续改善的医院感染管理应急预案、应急流程更符合实际,全员应战能力得以提升,进而降低医院感染危险因素,加强了我院应对突发公共卫生事件的感染防控能力。结论:通过风险管理更加完善医院感染管理组织机构的构建,强化医院感染管理科的职能,降低了突发公共卫生事件的医院感染风险。
OBJECTIVE: To apply risk management to infectious disease hospital to cope with prevention and control of nosocomial infection in public health emergencies, to assess the risks and improve them in a timely manner, to reduce the risk of coping with the process, to ensure the safety of doctors and patients and to stabilize the epidemic situation. Methods: From November 2012 to November 2015, based on the actual conditions and characteristics of our hospital, we evaluated the risk assessment of various aspects of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in public health emergencies, implemented continuous process improvement, continuously strengthened departmental functions, Staff knowledge and skills and other risk management strategies to guide emergency practice. Results: Continued to improve the contingency plans for nosocomial infection management, the emergency procedures were more realistic and the full-scale combat capability was improved, thus reducing the risk factors of nosocomial infections and strengthening the prevention and control ability of our hospital in response to public health emergencies. Conclusion: Through the risk management, the organization of hospital infection management organizations can be further improved, and the functions of the hospital infection management department can be strengthened, reducing the risk of nosocomial infections in public health emergencies.
