党群干部既是我党领导干部重要的组成部分,在国有企业未来的发展与规划中也担任着组织宣传、服务职工等重要的工作职责,其对于国有企业的生产经营发展有着举足轻重的意义和作用。所以,能够担任企业的党群干部,除了需要具备一定的专业知识和政治素养之外,还要比一般干部具备更高的综合素质与领导艺术,更需要承担起管理企业的责任,同时,也要对自身具有更高的要求并不断提高自身素养。因此,本文从石化企业的工作实际出发,对于企业党群干部如何提升自身素养提出了具有可行性的建议,以期为石化企业增强自身市场竞争力、提高经济效益提供启示。
The party and government cadres are both important components of the leading cadres of our party. They also serve as important job responsibilities for organizing publicity and service workers in the future development and planning of state-owned enterprises. They play a decisive role in the production and operation of state-owned enterprises . Therefore, party cadres who can serve as an enterprise need to possess not only certain professional knowledge and political accomplishments but also higher overall quality and leadership art than ordinary cadres. They also have to assume the responsibility of managing enterprises. At the same time, To have higher requirements for themselves and continue to improve their own literacy. Therefore, based on the actual work of petrochemical enterprises, this article puts forward feasible suggestions on how to improve the quality of party cadres in enterprises so as to provide enlightenment for petrochemical enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness and increase their economic benefits.
