在新的科技革命、产业革命和经济全球化的形势下 ,长江三角洲作为中国大陆上整体竞争力最强的地区之一和中国经济发展的火车头 ,需要加强内部整合 ,形成紧密合作、协调发展的区域经济共同体。所以 ,在制完我省“十五”规划时 ,应该在长江三角洲区域经济发展的背景下确定浙江的定位和作用。本报告以此为依据 ,提出了确定浙江的定位和作用的指导思想 ,并根据目前世界和中国特别是长江三角洲的经济格局和发展前景 ,提出了关于浙江总体定位和一、二、三产业各自定位的见解
Under the circumstances of the new scientific and technological revolution, industrial revolution and economic globalization, the Yangtze River Delta, as one of the most competitive regions in the Chinese mainland and a locomotive for China’s economic development, needs to strengthen its internal integration and form a close cooperation and coordinate development Regional Economic Community. Therefore, when completing the 10th Five-Year Plan of our province, we should determine Zhejiang’s position and role in the context of regional economic development in the Yangtze River Delta. Based on this report, the report puts forward the guiding ideology for determining the orientation and role of Zhejiang. Based on the current economic situation and development prospects of the world and China, especially the Yangtze River Delta, this report presents suggestions on the overall positioning of Zhejiang Province and the respective industries of primary, secondary and tertiary industries Positioning insights
