教育不公平引发教育违法违规诸多问题,而这些问题又在一定程度上加大了教育现有的不公平。教育法规欠完善,监督机制不健全,相关人员法律意识淡薄是诸多违规问题存在的法律原因。促进教育公平,除了发展经济,合理配置教育资源这一根本措施以外,还应从法律着手,通过完善教育法规、进行教育行政执法体制机制改革,推进依法治教。
The unfairness of education triggers many problems of illegal education and education, and these problems have, to a certain extent, intensified the existing injustice in education. The lack of perfect educational regulations, the imperfect supervision mechanism and the weak legal awareness of relevant personnel are the legal reasons for many irregularities. In addition to the fundamental measures of developing economy and rationally allocating educational resources, education should be promoted from the legal point of view. By perfecting education laws and regulations, we should reform the system and mechanisms of educational administration and law enforcement so as to promote the administration according to law.
