非结合型高胆红素血症为 Gilbert 氏于1901年首先报道,他对该病的定义:1. 非溶血性;2. 除非结合型胆红素升高外,其他肝功均正常;3. 肝组织学正常。兹将我院消化科近5年收治的9例患者的临床、实验室、肝组织学及超微结构资料作一分析并参阅近10年来国内外文献进行讨论。
Nonbinding hyperbilirubinemia was first reported by Gilbert in 1901 and his definition of the disease was: 1. Hemolytic; 2. Hepatic function was normal except for elevated conjugated bilirubin; 3 Liver histology is normal. The hospital, Department of Gastroenterology, nearly 5 years admitted to the 9 cases of clinical, laboratory, liver histology and ultrastructure data for an analysis and reference to the past 10 years of domestic and foreign literature to discuss.
