本文通过三部中外影视作品,对英汉互译、古语今译的法律语言进行分析,提出法庭翻译应遵循的原则,凸现法律翻译的特殊性。
This article analyzes the legal languages of English-Chinese translation and translation of ancient Chinese by means of three Chinese and foreign films and movies, and puts forward the principle that courts should follow to translate, highlighting the particularity of legal translation.
