河北省公关协会于1993年成立。三年多来的实践,使我深感做好协会工作很难,但做好了,也会有所作为。协会成立之初,一无编制,二无经费,社会上还有好多误解。摆脱这种困境的路在何方,是协会工作者需要认真探讨的问题。下面根据我们这几年的实践抛出些不成熟的看法,做引玉之砖。用实实在在的行动做回答协会是干什么的,它的主要职责
Hebei PR Association was established in 1993. Since more than three years of practice, it has made me feel that it is hard to do a good job in the association. However, if we do a good job, we will make a difference. The association was established at the beginning, there is no preparation, two non-funding, there are many misunderstandings in society.
