本文运用社会史的方法,借助档案、地方文献、口述史料,对建国后六七十年代松政县两度分合加以考察,论证其发生过程与原因,并与周边地区分县运动加以比较,指出行政区划建撤,并非简单的自上而下,事实上深受影响的民众,通过相关渠道表达利益诉求,基于民情,政府部门往往适度调整政策,决定政区是否最终建立,这是政区变动的实态。
This article uses the method of social history, with the help of archives, local documents and oral historical materials, examines the two divisions of Songzheng County in the sixties and seventies after the founding of the People’s Republic of China to demonstrate the course and causes of the occurrence and compares them with the surrounding county- It points out that the establishment and withdrawal of administrative divisions and withdrawals are not simply top-down and in fact affected masses. They express interest demands through relevant channels. Based on the public sentiments, government departments tend to moderately adjust their policies to determine whether the political districts are eventually established. This is the political area The real change.
