糖尿病足是糖尿病患者致残、致死的原因之一,其后果严重影响患者的生活质量,给患者造成巨大的经济和社会负担。因此一旦发生足部感染,应及时治疗,尽早促进伤口愈合,同时加强对患者的健康教育,防止足部溃疡的发生和避免截肢。我科收治的6例糖尿病足患者,采用瑞典墨尼克与康惠尔公
